Genny’s Bag
Genny was the one who taught me how to crochet in the first place, a year and a half ago, on a bus between Banos and Riobamba, Ecuador. Now I’m going to visit her in Yosemite where she lives, and she likes to cook, so I’ve made her this to take her vegetables home!

I actually made this before the teal one which you see below, for my mama when she broke her pelvis and had to lay in bed all day. She then arranged it artfully with the globe and the flowers, and took this photo, which she called, cleverly, “Global Warming.”
